 Blood Orange Nutty Granola

A warm, citrus-infused granola with crunchy nuts, sweet dried fruit, and a hint of cinnamon—perfect for a wholesome breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic large oats
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, etc.)
  • ½ cup mixed dried fruit
  • Zest of 1 blood orange
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 blood orange
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh blood orange slices & yogurt (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dry mix – Spread oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruit evenly on a large baking tray. Grate the blood orange zest over the mixture and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
  3. Make the wet mix – In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, and blood orange juice.
  4. Combine – Drizzle the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Serve – Enjoy with a dollop of yogurt and fresh blood orange slices.
