Blood Orange Nutty Granola
A warm, citrus-infused granola with crunchy nuts, sweet dried fruit, and a hint of cinnamon—perfect for a wholesome breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic large oats
- ½ cup mixed nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, etc.)
- ½ cup mixed dried fruit
- Zest of 1 blood orange
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 blood orange
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh blood orange slices & yogurt (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the dry mix – Spread oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruit evenly on a large baking tray. Grate the blood orange zest over the mixture and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
- Make the wet mix – In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, and blood orange juice.
- Combine – Drizzle the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve – Enjoy with a dollop of yogurt and fresh blood orange slices.
