Online Pilates and Barre Classes

Each class is designed to encourage strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement. Whether you're looking to improve posture, build core stability, or simply enjoy a dynamic and uplifting workout, our sessions are crafted to support all levels. What you need:
- a Mat for pilates
- a chair or barre for barre.
- some equipment we use:
- a pilates ball
- light weights
- thera band
- loop band
Wear comfortable clothing (we have lots of amazing sets)
There are two ways to join our online classes:
- Pay-as-you-go (PAYG): Pay for each class individually.
- Subscription: Get unlimited access to all classes with a monthly subscription.
