Octobers Scottish Shoot

Behind the scenes: our Edinburgh shoot

We took a late-night flight to Edinburgh, which meant just two hours of sleep before a day of four back-to-back photo shoots. But the results were amazing, and it was worth every last minute of sleep.

We were up before dawn with the wonderful photographer Hannah Love and Jayne Lawson to shoot our running socks at one of our favourite spots in the city: Blackford Hill, looking out over the castle, Arthur's Seat and the whole Edinburgh skyline. We were so lucky with the weather.
The sunrise was beautiful, and while it was definitely colder than Italy, the fresh air felt wonderful.

Next, we headed to the canal for a shoot with our daughters, who were absolute stars. Then it was on to Morningside, a gorgeous area in the south of the city, where the honey-coloured stone buildings made the perfect backdrop for our winter collection.

To finish, we gathered our best friends in a cosy Edinburgh pub for a pint, a long-overdue catch-up, and a shoot of our Traitors pieces. The perfect setting for the game.

So good to be back where our socks were born x
