Can you believe it’s already October?
And you know what that means – it’s the perfect time to shake things up, get your bodies moving, and come together as a community to build some serious energy and strength. This month, we’re kicking off something that we know will get you excited – our 30 Days of Moving Challenge
What’s the Challenge?
For 30 days, we’re challenging YOU to move, stretch, run, or dance your way through October. Every single day, we want to see you getting active in whatever way feels good for you. And guess what? It doesn't have to be complicated or super intense. Think of this as a celebration of movement, where every little bit counts.
Run, stretch, walk, dance, flow, or get your sweat on with yoga, pilates, barre – you name it. The idea is to move intentionally every day, hold each other accountable, and support one another through this month of movement.
Why 30 Days of Moving?
Life gets busy, and sometimes it’s easy to forget to take care of our bodies and minds. This challenge is our way of saying, “Hey, let’s prioritise feeling *amazing together!” From the mental clarity that comes from a brisk walk to the empowering feeling of smashing a workout, there’s nothing like moving your body to lift your mood and create positive energy.
By committing to 30 days of movement, we’re setting ourselves up for not only a fun challenge but also a routine that makes us feel strong, confident, and vibrant.
How to Join the Challenge:
You don’t need a gym membership or any special gear – you just need you. Whether you’re starting with a simple stretch in the morning or aiming for a more intense daily sweat session, this challenge is all about moving in ways that feel good and doable for you.
Here’s how you can join the fun:
- Start Today: We are aiming to start on the 1st October and do 30 days BUT we want you to feel you can join in even if 30 days feels too much.
- Join Our Community Notice Board on WhatsApp: Connect with fellow Players who are taking on the challenge, share tips, celebrate wins, and cheer each other on! Accountability is everything, and having a supportive crew to move with makes all the difference.
- Tag Us & Share Your Progress: Post about your daily movement on social media and tag us! We love seeing how you’re staying active – whether it's an early morning stretch, a lunchtime walk, or a dance party in your living room. Don’t forget to use #MBAC30 so we can follow along!

30-Minutes a Day Challenge: Weekly Movement Plan
Monday – Pilates Flow
Kick off the week with a 30-minute Pilates session focused on core strength, flexibility, and alignment. A mix of mat-based exercises to wake up your body and get those muscles activated.
Tuesday – Barre Sculpt
Time to tone and lengthen with a 30-minute barre session! Blend elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to target your legs, glutes, and arms, all while working on balance and posture.
Wednesday – Express Pilates Burn
Midweek boost with a quick, high-energy 30-minute express Pilates session! This workout is designed to get your core burning and body moving faster, perfect for a quick, intense workout.
Thursday – Cardio Run or WalkGet outside and move with a brisk 30-minute run or walk. Whether you're a runner or prefer a fast-paced walk, this cardio session is all about boosting your heart rate, clearing your mind, and getting those steps in.
Friday – Mix it Up: Swimming or Yoga Stretch
End the week with a 30-minute swim for full-body conditioning or a gentle yoga stretch session to lengthen and release any tension from the week. Pick whatever feels right for you!
Saturday – Power Barre or Interval Walk/Run
Push yourself with a 30-minute barre session that focuses on building strength or try a walk/run interval session to mix cardio and endurance training. It’s all about moving with power and intention.
Sunday – Stretch & Recover
A relaxing 30-minute stretch or light yoga flow to give your muscles a chance to recover and recharge. Use this time to breathe deeply, relax, and reflect on your week's progress.
